Credits are the universal currency for AI-powered features. Quick Apply costs 3 credits, Smart Apply costs 9 credits (includes AI resume tailoring), and Smart Pro Apply costs 18 credits (multi-pass AI refinement). Free features like job browsing, ATS score checks, and analytics do not use credits.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new tier. When downgrading, your current tier stays active until the end of the billing period.

It depends on your tier. Free and Starter credits do not roll over. Smart tier rolls over up to 1x your monthly allocation, Pro up to 2x, and Smart Pro up to 3x.

Yes. Credit top-up packs are available for all paid plans from your billing dashboard. Top-ups are one-time purchases that stack on top of your monthly allocation, and purchased credits never expire — even if you cancel or downgrade.

Each tier includes daily application caps that reset at midnight UTC — the exact per-tier numbers are in the comparison table above, loaded live from the same source the billing system enforces. Daily limits and credits work together: an application needs both available credits and remaining daily limit.

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days, contact our support team for a full refund. After 7 days, we offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of your billing period.
