Credits are the universal currency for AI-powered features. Quick Apply costs 3 credits, Smart Apply costs 9 credits (includes AI resume tailoring), and Smart Pro Apply costs 18 credits (multi-pass AI refinement). Free features like job browsing, ATS score checks, and analytics do not use credits.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new tier. When downgrading, your current tier stays active until the end of the billing period.

It depends on your tier. Free and Starter credits do not roll over. Smart tier rolls over up to 2x your monthly allocation, Pro up to 3x, and Smart Pro up to 4x.

The Free tier is permanently free with 20 credits/month and up to 5 applications per day. No credit card required to sign up. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you want.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and select regional payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner.

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days, contact our support team for a full refund. After 7 days, we offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of your billing period.
